The Youth Explorer Mountain Bike Program is a FUN summer activity.   Kids of all ages and experience levels enjoy group rides, basic riding instruction and an introduction to our local trail system.  NEW for 2019 is hosting half of the Monday night sessions at the Thomaston Town Forest.

  • Monday Nights 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
  • Thomaston Town Forest 6/24, 7/1, 7/8 and 7/15
    (take Booker St to the very end)  CLICK FOR MAP
  • Camden Snow Bowl 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12 and 8/19
  • Boys and Girls – All ages welcome
  • Bring your bike, helmet and a water bottle
  • NEMBA Membership is required – choose one of the options below:
    • Select Midcoast Maine Chapter

  • Please get your membership before June 21, 2019 so we can plan ride leaders and volunteers.

Youth Explorers is a 100% volunteer run program designed to get kids & families out on the trails.   It’s a great way to introduce kids to the lifelong sport of mountain biking.

Parents WE NEED YOUR HELP!  Get involved by riding with the kids, helping with check-in and check-out on ride nights, helping with safety checks (bikes & helmets), setting up obstacle courses and much much more.  Contact us to learn how you can contribute.
